8          B&B RR Depot - Bed & Breakfast and Live Steam RR

This gem is one of the reasons why a comprehensive railfan guide is needed for any almost every area.  If you aren't a fan of bed and breakfasts' and/or live steam, chances are you don't know about this place.  I stumbled on it by mistake while following the roads of Toledo on www.bing.com/maps for this guide.

The B&B is run by Nate and Linda Brinkman.  Their phone number is 888-690-7137.  The address is 5331 Cedar Point Road  Oregon, Ohio 43616  in case you want to plug it into your GPS.

Their endeavor started when Nate bought a 1/8 scale B&M steamer in 2001 and asked his wife if he could build a track around their house to go with it.  A year later Linda decided to expand their home and offer a B&B to go along with it.  Nate has even provided a transfer table so you can bring your own 1/8 engine and run it.  More info on their website at: http://www.bbrailroad.com/ .  The picture at the bottom is from their website.

The pictures of the bridges are presented here are more for reference and historical purposes than anything practical :-)
