Description:   The Quad Cities of Davenport and Bettendorf, IA, and Rock Island and Moline, IL straddle the
Mississippi River making for a great combination of River and rails, with many bridges and junctions.  The park along
East River Dr under Government Bridge 41.520319, -90.570760  is a place to watch CP along the river where IAIS
crosses over it on Government Bridge.  Train frequency is problematic in that perhaps 20 to 30 trains per 24 hours is
spread over 3 different railroads at various locations around the two cities of Davenport and Rock Island.
